Trafalgar House is a large brick-built block converted and extended for housing. The scheme adds two storeys on the roof, set back from the parapet and finished in dark cladding, with retail units kept at street level.
We detailed the steelwork: 230 tonnes of hot-rolled steel and 4 tonnes of cold-rolled.
