IBPS Draughting Ltd runs this website and decides how the personal details sent through it are used. Company number 04452439. Registered office: F17 Node Cowork, 1 Enterprise Road, Fremington, Barnstaple, Devon, EX31 3YB.
Our office is at Priebe Building, Red Barn Drive, Hereford HR4 9DX.
What we collect, and why
If you send us your drawings through the form, we get your name and email address, your company and phone number if you give them, your message and your files. We use them to price the job and to reply to you.
If you email or ring us, we get your address or number and what you tell us, and use them to answer you.
If we have written to your company before, we link your enquiry to that, and our follow-up emails stop.
Under UK data protection law, our grounds are your request for a price and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
You don't have to give us your details, but we can't price a job or reply to you without them. We make no automated decisions about you.
If we wrote to you first
We found your name, role and work contact details in public business sources, such as your company's website and Companies House, and from a business contact data provider. We use them to tell your company about our work, under our legitimate interest in doing so.
Reply asking us to stop and we will not write to you again.
Cookies and visitor counts
This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Umami, which does not identify you: it records the page, the site that sent you, your browser, type of device and rough location (from your IP address, which it does not keep), and whether the phone number, email address or form was used.
Who else handles it
Vercel hosts this site. Its servers log each request, including your IP address.
Supabase stores what you send through the form, files included.
Microsoft 365 carries the email that tells us about your enquiry.
Umami counts the visits; its records are held in London.
Where it is held
What you send through the form is stored in London.
Vercel is a US company and serves pages from data centres around the world, and Microsoft can handle email outside the UK, so some details may leave the UK. Where they do, it is under these companies' data processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the emails that follow for as long as they are useful to working together, which usually means while you are a customer or might become one. We review what we hold from time to time, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, or for them to be sent to another organisation, and ask us to correct them, delete them, stop using them or limit how we use them.
